I appreciate you welcoming me in this group. I am very, very serious regarding healthy living. This means that for the past 30 years I have lived consciously, keeping myself and my family healthy; no illness.
Our focus is on illness prevention, and systematically balancing mind, spirit, and body, creating conditions and choosing actions that enhance harmony with our physical and non-physical environments.
Health is not a one time thing; it is a continuous process of healing, and not just the absence of symptoms.
Conventional medicine is practicing SICK CARE, and is shifting symptoms, nothing preventive or pro-active.
My yard is a mini Amazon, tropical paradise in South Florida.
Anyone who is interested in improving their health and wellness, is welcome to ask me questionms, or enter a discussionwith me.
