To establish in the minds of Horizons Magazine readers the reality of the mind / body connection and the fact that we participate in creation of the reality we experience. We do this by our intentions, beliefs and expectations, by every thought we think and every word we speak.
To promote the reality that we survive in consciousness after the change called death. To comprehend this, we promote the practice of daily separation of consciousness from the body via meditation.
- What is your secret to healthy living?
- Daily yoga, meditation, optimistic attitude. Keeping food fairly pure, very little processed food, lots of water. Sufficient sleep and exercise, daily garden walks. Not sweating the small stuff, allowing others when they are not allowing me.
- What would you like to say?
- The greatest optical illusion is separation.
Time flies, whether you're having fun or not.
We have all the time in the world and not a moment to lose.

- Ray, the pic of me hugging the giant crystal was taken at The Monroe Institute. I knew an orb would appear over it, so in the one pic I am pretending to look at it. I couldn't see it, but knew it would show up in the pic since we'd just taken the hugging shot :)
