- I grew up in a broken middle class family with a step-father who was an alcoholic and chain smoker, abusive and who lost the real estate property that my grandmother worked all her life for. My father was a good role model in that he did not drink or smoke but he was not around everyday. My mother worked hard and my grandmother raised us kids while my stepfather sat around smoking and reading the newspaper supposedly looking for work. Years later after I was on my own and out of the house, I received a call from my mother that she needed my help and emotional support as she was finally divorcing this man who had deceived her and abused her. This is when my mother, sister and I recounted the past sexual and mental abuses we went through as children. I became enraged, hurt, confused and I started to think about killing him and how I could get away with it. After several weeks of these crazy emotions and premeditation, I was realized that it was not my place to judge or much less kill him but to forgive him.
I also had two other life/death experiences that impacted my life profoundly. I had always had a dream to help people. I wanted to be a brain or heart surgeon, but after my enlistment in the military and having worked in a teaching hospital, I realized that traditional medicine was not the route I wanted to take. I was not sure what to do with my life at this point and then as fate would have it, I suffered a severe back injury and was cured by a Chiropractor. It was then I decided to dedicate my life to studying, teaching, motivating, inspiring and empowering people how to live Healthier, Happier and Longer Lives!
- What is your secret to healthy living?
- The secret to healthy living starts first and foremost with a decision to live a healthy life. We have been subjected to much misinformation regarding what is healthy so having the right knowledge is critical for making the right desicions. Awareness of the right information and then making a committment to taking action on a daily basis. I use the 90/10 rule when it comes to my diet. I avoid most all commercial personal grooming products and take whole food based nutritional supplements. I exercise an average of five times a week and try to balance my mental and spiritual life daily. I have a positive outlook on life and look forward to sharing and caring for others.
- What would you like to say?
- I have learned and experienced so much along my life journey. My curiosity led me to Inversion Therapy, which forever changed my health and life and that of thousands of my patients in my seventeen years practicing. That led me to write my first in a series of books, HANGING OUT FOR THE HEALTH OF IT. I am learning how to market on the internet and welcome anyone that is already marketer and would like to joint venture with me. I apprecaite the opportunity to meet such loving, caring and inspiring people on this network.

I love the outdoors, being active, preparing healthy meals, playing tennis, fitness, movies and a lot more.I have two beautiful and healthy children Ezimeralda (10) and Max (7) whom I deeply love to sprend time with. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOUR BRAIN GOT WASHED?
Every time I’m doing some form of cardio exercise at the gym, I have access to view 10 different TV screens all at once. It never ceases to amaze me at how many commercials for prescription drugs I see on those TV screens. What I have come to realize is that if these commercials did NOT work they would not make up 80 % of all the commercials on television today. Why do they work so well? THE SEVEN PILLARS OF HEALTH
1.EAT AND DRINK HEALTHY 90 PERCENT OF THE TIME, 10 PERCENT OF THE TIME EAT WHATEVER BUT DON’T PIG OUT. MODERATION. MAKE HEALTHY SUBSTITUTES LIKE FROZEN SMOOTHIES OR YOGURT VS ICE CREAM.
2.EXERCISE AT LEAST FOUR TIMES A WEEK. WEATHER PERMITTING, EXERCISE OUTDOORS AND GET A LITTLE SUNSHINE. PRACTICE GOOD POSTURE. HANG UPSIDE DOWN FOR ONE MINUTE A DAY (THIRTY SECS/AFTER.WORK, THIRTY SECS/BEFORE BED) TO REVERSE THE EFFECTS OF GRAVITY.

What Do You Mean There Isn’t a Magic Pill to Make Me Healthy?
Nobody likes to be the bearer of bad news, but there really isn’t a magic pill. I know, I know, you been living it up, eating whatever you want whenever you want, not moving many muscles, except the ones that bring your hand to feed your mouth, and now that your body needs a fix and hopefully a pretty quick one, there’s none.
