- What is your secret to healthy living?
- Wanting what I have. Rather than reaching for what I don't have, I spend more time loving what I have. So I have daily Bamboo Wand exercises I do in the morning. In addition I do Abs, aerobics, weight bearing aerobics and yoga....all from Karen Voight training. Gardening is happiness as well. I love to arrange colors, placement and flow...this all adds to my health. And Sonia and I are married conscious living partners for a healthy life together!

- I love to be a pivotal resourcerer for those who for those who want contacts and connections to take their passion to the next step. It gives me joy to scout for what they need next and refer clients that meet their qualifications.

- I am a Professional (Web-based) Health Coach. What that means is I listen and then ask supportive questions so we can co-create baby steps to go from where you are now to a higher level of satisfation. All the while knowing that you are whole, naturally creative and resourceful. The agenda comes from you. We design an alliance by meeting in my (private and confidential) virtual office exploring your feelings and discovering you needs in each of the eight keys to your health. In additon you will have your own web space that is secure to journal and access to resources 24/7.
