- Knowing myself and what keeps me in balance or restores my balance when I am thrown off center. Recommitting as often as necessary to living authentically. Trusting my own thinking.

- A Registered Nurse for 31 years exploring and practicing approaches from Alternative Medicine and Complementary therapies since 1994 as a result of personal health crisis.
