- Life has moved very quickly for me - so quick that I found myself out of touch with family, friends and Spirit. Life literally brought me to my knees, hence the GODpillow. One can either use it for prayer or meditiation. Inturn, I have evolved to aspire people to create their sacred space.

- I am a person who loves life, I believe that we are all students/teachers who are connected. I love to move in all forms whether in Dance or at the Gym, I keep prayer in the am/pm and practice meditation. I love sharing the message of life for whatever it is for that day.
