- My secret to healthy living is to listen to my body's messages, and learn to interpret what it is saying to me. The body's wisdom is the key to finding the balance in life.
- What would you like to say?
- To me, spiritual awareness and conciousness in each moment is the goal, and the path. Without that, my life would be only half-lived.

- My main objective is to be fully awake, fully conscious, but if you'd like a kitchen or bath designed, I can do that too:)
