To help network marketers understand that the mlm profession is only a vehicle for self empowerment. It stretches many waaaaaay out of their comfort zone, which accounts for the high attrition rate. With a proper understanding of the dynamics one experiences, network marketers will be able to live a more fulfilling life in their personal, professional, spiritual, and of course, their financial lives!

What's with all the hype? Why does most everyone think that 'more money' is the answer in network marketing? Truthfully, it's not. It's only a way, not the way, to measure one's performance within the industry and within their own business.

It's unfortunate that the network marketing companies themselves have created this ugly beast as most of the market perceives. Fast start bonus. 30 and 90 day incentives. Sure, there is some truth about the emotional high and using that as a resource to build a person's business.

There's a better way to build a business in such a leveraged struture. My first comment would be this: as an entrepreneur, a business owner who is going to make millions(!), who in their right mind would sign a contract after a mere 10 minute presentation thinking that their dreams would happen like..... that. Poof! It appears. Not likely.

And what's the rush? All of this comes from fear based concepts from both the prospector and prospected. So what's the better way?

Start with core beliefs and values. And with beliefs, both abundant AND limiting. It does not matter how big a person's WHY is because limiting beliefs will sabotage it virtually every time.

Again, this is about using network marketing as a vehicle for personal development. Once you are able to recognize what make you tick and what pushes your buttons, the next step is solve the button pushing issue.

I'll cover more as my site is built and I begin to blog. There's a whole lot to be said and most importantly, this is not the only way to get there. I believe, though, that this will help many more than just the traditional way of training and learning. Having only 3% working and earning a living from network marketing tells me there's room for improvement and non-traditional ways are usually the better answer.

The biggest influence in the way I live my life and help others is when I started on the path of personal development in 1987. Shortly after graduating from a university in California, I moved to Florida to become a professional barefoot waterskier. Degree? Who cares! I find network marketing to be a fascinating field to work in. It's a great vehicle for personal development since it challenges so many people who wish to achieve their dreams with it.
