- To be a catalyst for spiritual awakening and expansion and to assist others in remembering who they REALLY are as magnificent spiritual beings of Divine love and light. The more that we awaken to our brilliance and see the God in each other, the more love, joy and peace we will experience, thus causing a ripple effect into the world. My highest vision is to live in Unity/Christ Consciousness and to assist others to do the same. I do this primarily through writing, speaking, workshops and private sessions with clients. And, by practicing these principles in all areas of my life.

- My spiritual awakening journey began in 1998 when my husband and I decided to take a year off to completely re-invent our lives to live more authentically, passionately and purposefully. During this time, we crewed on a 46-foot sailboat from Fiji to Singapore for six months. My book, Sail Into Your Dreams: 8 Steps to Living a More Purposeful Life was inspired by this amazing, life transforming journey! And, the journey continues...
