- Your positive energy and helpful posts have made me feel uplifted and for that I wanted to thank you. Also, the breast cancer ribbon reminded me of my mom--- don't know why it had such a big impact-- its just a pink ribbon -- yet it made me think and shed more tears than i already had shed in these 16years that have passed. I am able to be open to continuing our relationship without bitterness and resenting the fact that i can't hug,kiss and be in her motherly presence. After so many years I feel a sense of peace-- letting go of not being able to have her in the way that i was accustomed to having her but instead i am finally choosing to embrace her in this new spiritual relationship with joy, peace, hope and lots of LOVE.
