Hello-I am a work from home Spiritual Folk artist moving from DC to Penn Hills Nov 11th-I paint angels, goddesses,Madonnas and such acrylic on woodborad) we have a few spare bedrooms we want to rent out to artist,musicians or holistic healers.Have shared art /craft space...I am super stoked about the art room!

Shared art/craft space,Utilities and Weekday Supper included in rent

We are seeking artistic,community minded folks as we intend to have an suburban homestead. We'll be raising as much as we can and of course share with the group!
HOLISTICALLY HEALTHY LIVING!
Besides art I do traditional Native American Healing on a love offering basis so may be using the family room downstairs quite alot for that...during the workday.

We will have 2 furnished ,nice sized upstairs bedrooms available in our cottage home-shared bath-nice yard.Another 1/2 bath in the family room downstairs

ECO FRIENDLY CLEANING,ORGANIC ,VEGETARIAN EATING FOR THE MOST PART-THOUGH WE ARE NOT THE CHEETO OR BIG MAC POLICE!
BUS STOP 30 SECOND WALK FROM FRONT DOOR!We do have a car if you need a ride for errands-I have a moped and a bike I use for close in shopping

( WE ARE TRYING TO LIFE A LIFE THAT RESPECTS THE NATURAL RESOURCES AND WALK WITH A SOFT FOOTPRINT ON MOTHER EARTH!MY HUSBAND AND I ARE BOTH PART CHEROKEE and living in a more Earth friendly way really pulls at out heart!

Shared art space upstairs.Room in the backyard for a nice garden and bees/chickens .
We'll be reducing,reusing,composting,recycling.Seeking to live a cash only lifestyle of genteel simplicity.
I just found out about an artist co-op-so if you want-the house may rent a space for our art and craft sales!

NO ILLEGAL DRUGS- LIMITED ALCOHOL!
Family room in the basement is great for musicians, holistic healers or yoga -you can reserve blocks of time .I will reserve it 11 am to 4 pm most Saturdays as I teach metaphysics.( Mainly NA Spirituality and Holistic healing)

DURING THE WORK WEEK-LR TV is off till after Supper -so during the day if you want to watch TV you will need to bring one and watch in your room!(of course on the weekends that rule is out the window!)
Quiet time 10 pm to 7 am(ya know no drumming-turn down the music,etc.)

Utilities included-you may have Supper with us if you wish.(Weekdays)I eat vegetarian -cheese and eggs-but still cook meat for my husband several times a week.
Other meals you are on your own! You can have a mini fridge in your room if you wish or a space in the kitchen fridge for your items.

YOU WILL NEED TO BUY YOUR OWN FOOD-OR GIVE MONEY TO THE GROUP GROCERY SHOPPING-YOUR CHOICE!

We have 1 dog and 2 cats.
You will have use of the kitchen,yard and laundry area.You may have one well behaved dog.
1 child is fine as well!
Outside smoking is fine.
Just help keep the house tidy and help in the garden when you can-we are not neat freaks but expect you to clean up behind yourself.
Proof of income and references needed .
Deposit of 400 and 1st month in advance-$800 to move in.( if that is too much for you right now just talk to me)
My husband and I are a middleaged biracial couple-not prejudiced .Nice people!
I am a work from home artist,my husband is in construction management.I am into vegetarianism and metaphysics.
We are open and respectful to people of all faiths.
Six month lease-available 1st of Dec.
