What is your secret to healthy living?

Go towards what makes me feel Joyful* through Tai Chi,
Chi Gung, and Frutaiga and a well balanced life style
Having a wonderful Family and great friends =)
Laugh lot's and smile often =)

About Me:

I love teaching Tai Chi and having fun with my family. I enjoy being creative through painting and basketry. I love sharing healthy information such as Frutaiga and having fun with our Loving Life Cooking Club. I love taking long walks on the beach and playing in my garden. Everyday is a blessing *

Things are moving so fast here it's hard to keep up sometimes. Our market opportunities are redefining themselves almost weekly since the International Builders Show. We just saved ourselves about 2 years of development costs and should be ready to launch in a few weeks. And as such the presentation I want to film is being re-written again.
