I really enjoy helping those looking for help not just pain relief but looking for real health and fitness. You're right, Yoga is great too. Here's a thought that could set you apart from all the other yoga instructors on this planet....are you ready.........incorporate the use of a slant board with your Yoga. Here is one link I found for you; www.mannaharvest.net. Some slant boards are filled with air, some are an actual wooden board covered with foam and a cover and some are foam. If you want to take it to an even greater level use an Inversion Machine like the one I've been using for seventeen years. I used to do headstands (Sirsa Arsana) when I was in my teens and when I entered Chiropractic College I was told I had degenerative disc disease. Guess how I got rid of my neck and low back problems once and for all.....You got it..Inversion therapy with a twist...I self adjust my spine by pulling down (traction) my neck. Gotta go for now..make it a TERRIFIC TUESDAY!!

How about swimming or swinging on a swing like when we were kids at the park? Also good for lymphatic draining. People that are really toxic can greatly benefit from a lymph drainage massage too but need to go at it slow or may cause a healing crisis.So many natural therapies available if people were just aware.
