expand, grow, feel, open the shadow, explore, heal, love, transcend, evolve, health, travel, share, encourage, decipher, elevate, mystify, move, dance, play, challenge, forgive, boundaries, arouse, engage, nurture, probe, mold, create, disempower, empower, inspire, teach, excite, enhance, charge, entertain, seek out, change, relieve, coach, implant, touch, accept, neutralize, transform, caress, strengthen, poke, calm, release, pierce, flirt, and reason. To squeeze all the experiences out of life while sharing it with others, and expand.
- What would you like to say?
- In life it is important to build an awareness of yourself, so you can know the choices that you have in life, both internally and externally. It is important to know why you do the things you do, where it comes from, and how to change it to a more unify you. If you lack this conscious ability for yourself you are imprison by your primitive outdated mythologies and stories, which now become your delusional point of references that you project in your personal life, and onto life, which disconnects you from your soul.
The human behavior is a system of patterns that at first such patterns offer knowledge within its experiences; but, when ignorant about choices outside of such patterns, and then attaching and becoming co-dependent to such familiar patterns; now these patterns become a form of imprisonment for the human mind that eventually creates pain and confusion. There comes a time you must break what become habitual patterns in order to evolve. You must transcend the old and move into the new, and that truly requires for you to build an awareness of your internal psychologies, so you can know the exact choices to choose from. Choices that will support the movement of your personal growth!!!

- About Me:
- Hello, my name is Luis Garcia. I’m a holistic health practitioner, life coach for personal development, a healing motivational speaker, and the author of Awakening to Reality.
At the age of six, I began an apprenticeship with a teacher who revealed my advanced interpersonal and spatial intelligence by instructing me within the art of human behavior and its energetic principles. Through my early training and my later studies of quantum physics, metaphysics, and yoga, I discovered and put together simple tools and techniques of how we can be in charge of our lives by staying connected to the Universal force and using feelings; all of them, “good” and “bad”; as guides.
As a healing practitioner and life coach, I teach individuals in groups and in private sessions, as well as through books and audio tapes to consciously release stressful, fearful, sabotaging patterns in order to unlock and reclaim their talents, gifts, and abilities.
Although we are constantly growing and changing, many feel emotionally trapped, afraid, and mentally confused about something that is slowing their growth and keeping them from living their purpose. As a practitioner, I create supportive relationships with my clients and help them explore and discuss their feelings related to a variety of life issues in their journey. If you have fears that stop you from living your life’s purpose, or if you feel confused about your role in the present state of the world, I can assist you in becoming more aware of what is impeding your growth. You will become clearer and more grounded, relaxed and focused in your life as you unlock your natural talents, gifts, and abilities. After all, it is your birthright! I will help you to recognize and embrace your own power to heal and your ability to make positive changes in your life.

Hello everyone I'm back in New York, BBRRR, a bit cold here. Thank you all who came to my classes and bare your beautiful soul in my intense class.
