My Conscious Calling is to start and create the largest CLP Chapter in the world. To be a model for other chapters and help CLP grow, while bringing together like minded people.

What is your secret to healthy living?

To live a life that is healthy mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. To create balance between work and play and truly to live life without regrets. To take care of my body through alternative modalities that address the whole body, mind and soul.

What would you like to say?

Professionally, I have been a corporate trainer for 20 years, helping staff increase effectiveness through professional development training, including memory skills, priority management, team building and coaching. I have been a coach for 10 years, working with executives and entrepreneurs to reach their goals and be in alignment with their mission. I also help them ignite their staff to reach their highest potential! I am the IGNITOR!!!

About Me:

Personally, I am the mother of a 17 year old, Matthew. He is my greatest gift and most challenging "project"! He is my greatest teacher. I have heard, "children do not do what we say, they become who we are"! Very true! I spend my time passionately at work or reading. I love to continuously learn, grow and challenge myself. I have a menagerie, 2 horses, a smiling dog and 2 cats. I enjoy riding, skiing, working out and being with friends. Live life to its fullest!!!!

I am only Colorado until Sunday and I am here teaching an incredible self-empowerment workshop called Avatar which explores the concept of Living Deliberately and using your beliefs to shape your future. We are having free intro workshops daily where participants get to find out about the course, experience some of the exercises and explore how their beliefs are effecting their reality.
