- About Me:
- I have a PhD in Applied Psychology and a background in organizational consulting and teaching. Among my greatest talents is my keen ability to decipher the bottom line in conflict situations, facilitate clear, direct and feel good resolutions, and teach people how to provide frequent, candid and helpful feedback at work. Through the years, I have served as adjunct faculty for a number of universities, including the MBA programs at Boston University and SUNY – Buffalo. Before completing my doctorate, I consulted for companies such as Southwestern Bell Telephone Co., Anheuser Busch Companies, and Psychological Associates, Inc. After completing my dissertation, I married and my partner and I co-created a successful organizational consulting practice in Western New York. In that capacity, I created and delivered organizational assessments, change management, selection and performance management systems, profile studies, surveys, team building, screening assessments for entry level up to executive and CEO, feedback and communication facilitation, employee development and problem resolution. I have produced volumes of writing, was both a regular and featured columnist for local business magazines, and have co-authored several publications in academic journals.
In 2001, I manifested serious health challenges that resulted in a complete change in lifestyle and a dedicated spiritual path. Using energy modalities, prayer, intention and self-inquiry (the evaluation of thought forms, beliefs, motives and emotions), I was able to overcome my health challenges and participate more fully in life. I am now utilizing all aspects of my background and experience to create more conscious dynamics in business environments. In building authenticity and integrity of communication and behavior, businesses conduct themselves more consciously to the highest good for all.
I plan to write and teach on this and other related topics.
