- What is your secret to healthy living?
- I use my emotions as my compass to know when I am off course and thus to know which way to go. Identifying the feeling/energy and transforming it, enables me to stay healthy. Taking affordable, customized supplements designed just for me has made a dramatic change in how I feel.

- Happiness is so much simpler than we make it. Let’s allow ourselves to experience our feelings – all of them, know they are our ally guiding us on our path to happiness. Be grateful to them for showing us the path and enjoy the results of our discovery – being more alive. Say “Yes” to life.

- Life is good. It is all good – bad is good - good is good. As I do not judge my feelings and instead use them as friends to guide me to my next revelation, I feel more alive. Art , photography, music all open up the 1—2nd charkas and open me up and prepare the way for more joy. My spiritual journey has been long and rich and more delectable recently.
