- My Conscious Calling is to share all that I have learned over the last 20 years about nutrition and the living foods lifestyle. My dream is to have an affordable Living Foods Retreat Center, where anyone that wants the information can come to learn to live the healthiest life possible.
- What is your secret to healthy living?
- The secret to healthy living is to make one positive change at a time until that change becomes a habit in your life. There are so many pathways to healthy living; physically, mentally and emotionally, diet, excercise, breathing, yoga, positive thinking, living an egoless life, caring for ourselves, all other human beings, animals, plants and all other living things.
- What would you like to say?
- I am so excited about sharing the easy and tasty way to transition to a healthy life. My latest efforts in spreading the word are in the completion of the book, "Transitioning to Living Cuisine". The Program Introduction is available to view at my website, www.reneoswald.com
- About Me:
- In 1994 I was diagnosed with Mastocytosis, a very rare, incurable, auto-immune disease. I had been sick for 6 years before that and was debilitating quickly by the time I was diagnosed. When I was told there was nothing that could be done and that I would just have to take 23 different medications for the rest of my life to help mask the symptoms I started searching for an alternative therapy. $30,000 later I found the raw food diet to be the answer to all my prayers. Since 2001 I have been sharing the knowledge I have gained in making this lifestyle fun, easy with the added bonus of delicious food! I am so excited to help as many people in the time that I have left on this magnificent planet! I have been given the gift of health and a second change at life and am anxious to share the gift with as many people as possible.
