To live honestly and with integrity in my personal and professional life. To make a difference in the lives of others and to help people, animals and the world in any way that I can.

What is your secret to healthy living?

This is an evolving process for me so I am still learning from others such as yourselves to live with a positive attitude, feel blessed for every breath I get to take and to not sweat the small stuff.

What would you like to say?

Again I feel like I am re-inventing my spirituality form square 1 so I am happy to be part of this community as well as the wonderful community I share my Sunday mornings with at The New Way POD in Cocoa. I am relearning to feel and extend peace to others and to be thankful for all that I have.

About Me:

I am a person with simple needs but high expectations for those I call friends - like honesty, integrity, loyalty and sensitivity. I own a Medical Billing business which I run always trying to do the best I can for my clients and what is right by the law. I love music and writing song lyrics,. I love to laugh and to connect with like minded people. I am constantly blessed by my cat Maggie who was never told that cats should be inattentive and aloof!
